Quality is of utmost important to me. If you’re not looking for quality, I’m the wrong designer for you. Quality doesn’t have to be expensive. It’s more about delivering the promised product and having the drawings translate into construction as seamlessly as possible.
The most important thing to understand is that getting a project designed and built is a process, it takes time. Decisions are not made all at once, but throughout the course of a project. The time frame to complete your project depends on the complexity of your project and the availability of the engineer, builder, framer, electrician, plumber, cabinet maker, other suppliers, bidding process, weather, etc.
All work performed in the State of Pennsylvania – consultation, planning & design, construction plans. It’s important to remind the public and potential clients that I am not a registered architect in Pennsylvania and that is reflected in the fee. It’s important to note that the State of Pennsylvania excludes residential projects from the Architect’s Licensure Law. If you would like to hire me for a project that is not in Pennsylvania then I would need approval from your state and city. Each state has different laws.
